Yesterday Brian decided to tackle the leaves covering our front yard. The kids decided to tackle the leaf blower and Brian. It was pure madness! They did this for hours and when they were done all three were covered with scapes and blood. (Leaves also come with twigs, and therefore leaf jumping comes with twig scraping!) Realizing that once Brian was done there wouldn't be another chance for fall pictures, I ran out with my camera and took as many shots as the kids would stand still for...not a whole lot!

Your kids are getting so big. They are all adorable and appear to have infectious smiles. I love it.
Looks like they had a lot of fun. My kids sat in chairs and watched a neighbor boy rake our leaves. It was something out of Tom Sawyer.
How did you get Kaya out of her princess dress?
I love it! Do you remember when we had to rake the grass in our front yard and we'd get blisters all over our hands? No jumping in fun grass piles, that's for sure. Seriously, get a lawn mower that doesn't throw the grass everywhere.
We did have that big tree at the mailbox that provided lots of fun leaves.
